Processing time
Orders are processed within up to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Transit time (after the order ships)
Average delivery times within the U.S.: 7–12 business days with tracking.

Some may arrive sooner. During high-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, holidays), deliveries can take longer.

Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Wrong address disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We can’t be responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at contact@theretrogift.com. We’ll help track your order and, if needed, open a claim with the carrier.
